כחודש לאחר טיפול CAR T התקבלו התוצאות הבאות:
Bone marrow, trephine biopsy:
– Core of bone and cartilage with hypercellular(70%) trilineage marrow.
– The myeloid and erythroid series show maturation.
– Megakaryocytes are mature.
– Immunohistochemical stain for CD138 does not highlight a increase of plasma
cells ; IHC staining for light chains did not highlight enough plasma cells
for assessment of clonality.
