שלום, אני בחור בן 25 שסובל כבר מעל לשנתיים מכאבי בטן, לעיתים מבחילות. ביצעתי סדרת בדיקות (כולל קולונוסקופיה ו-MRE) לבירור מחלת מעי דלקתית, אשר חזרו עם תוצאות לא חד משמעיות. עקב-כך, הרופא הפנה אותי לבצע בדיקת קפסולה של המעי. להלן תוצאות הבדיקה:
The small bowl mucosa was found to be normal through the entire small bowel. Lymphoid nodular hyperplasia was observed in the terminal ileum. The vili were preserved. No uclers or inflammation of polyps or mass were detected. No evidance of active or past bleeding was seen.
